Refund Policy

We have a 42-day refund policy. This means that you have 42 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item you want to return, must be in the exact same condition it was when you received it from us. That means, unused, with any tags, and in the original packaging.

Use our contact page to start a return and let us know the specifics around your requested return. If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping return label with instructions on sending the item in question to us. If you send an item back without doing this first, the return will not be accepted.
